From your extensive experiences you know that many companies aren’t very customer-led. You will have helped change the mindset within companies to one which values and invests in speaking to and listening to their customers and visitors. We are looking for a passionate, empathetic and experienced senior user researcher who is looking to drive the User Research capabilities within the agency.
You're currently working in Conversion Optimisation with at least 2-years experience relishing the responsibility of optimising the journey of online users and driving the customer-led approach. You're keen to move up to a more senior role, taking responsibility for the strategic lead of our client delivery team who lead conversion optimisation programmes with national and international brands, and mentor and support the team to truly flourish in their roles.
