    Hey Paul, great presentation at MMU last night. Really enjoyed it. I had to dash at the end, but wanted to ask you about the importance of good copy in terms of UX and usability (I’m a copywriter) – how important is it and does it come up as an issue with clients?

    Hi Gareth, thanks for your feedback, I’m glad you enjoyed it.

    In answer to your question good copy is a very important element of usability and user experience. It can be particularly important to retailers so I would look at focussing some of your efforts on the retail sector. I know a copywriting company who are doing very well in this area.
