Today marks my one-month anniversary working at PRWD as a Marketing and Operations Executive. I can’t believe I’ve already been here for a month! It’s true what they say, time really does fly when you are busy and having fun.
So what have I been doing the past month? Well, I’ve been pretty much getting stuck in from the outset. Almost immediately, I’ve been working on some really exciting projects, and learning a lot in the process. I have been working alongside my colleague Dante in planning the content for our second book, ‘The Growth Strategy That’s Being Applied’, alongside preparing for the launch of our new Conversion Optimisation Maturity Audit™ app.
The second book (which follows on from the success of our first book, ‘The Growth Strategy That’s Being Ignored’) will highlight the role conversion optimisation has played in the phenomenal growth of some of the world’s leading businesses. Titled ‘The Growth Strategy That’s Being Applied’, it will be full of advice from the highest levels of recognised brands about how to grow a business through conversion optimisation.
Our Conversion Optimisation Maturity Audit™ app will be launching later this month. We’re all really excited, because this tool will grant companies the ability to self-assess their conversion optimisation efforts across four key areas, with their results providing the first steps to a better performing conversion optimisation strategy. I have spent a lot of time working collaboratively with our designer and optimisation strategists on the marketing surrounding the impending beta launch (such as the landing page), as well as learning about app development and UX; it’s all very exciting and I can’t wait for everyone to get their hands on it and start assessing. Speaking of landing pages, you can now sign up to be amongst the first to try out the app once it goes live.

I’ve also had the chance to shadow my colleagues, find out what clients they are working on and spend some time with Paul Rouke (Founder and CEO of PRWD). My time spent with Paul has been invaluable; I have learnt about how he started the business from his bedroom, felt his passion for what conversion optimisation can do for businesses today, and seen his vision for PRWD and the industry as a whole. I helped Paul prepare for his most recent presentation at Digital Elite Camp (where he was the opening keynote speaker), and it was inspiring to see his passion and dedication in wanting to help the industry and the people in it grow and become more respected.
Away from my desk, I have been warmly welcomed by the team and enjoyed getting to know my colleagues and most importantly, how they take their tea! I have joined PRWD at such an exciting time as the company continues to grow and expand its client base; safe to say it’s is going to be a very busy yet rewarding year, and I’m looking forward to being part of it.
