We started working with Schuh in 2012 when they launched their tablet optimised site t.schuh.co.uk. Following an in-depth discovery session to understand how best we can work closely with their team moving forward, our first project was to carry out an expert evaluation and moderated user testing on their new tablet optimised site.
Following this, throughout 2013 we have been working with the Schuh team to design a best in class responsive ecommerce experience.
How We Work Together on a Responsive Design & Tablet Device Optimisation Project
Our projects with Schuh involve a combination of in-house workshops, delivering moderated user testing for desktop, tablet and mobile, and user-centered design activities to support their move to responsive design.
Collaboration and shared learning are as always key areas of focus for our on-going relationship with Schuh, with the aim of helping them continually develop a culture of truly understanding customer behaviour to deliver improved online ecommerce experiences.
Once the new user-centered, responsive ecommerce site has been delivered we will be working with Schuh on delivering on-going testing and optimisation across different devices.
