Professional website design
Static web presence
Some clients require a website where constantly updating information isn't a requirement. An example of this would be the Binotto website, where the primary objective was to provide them with a professional and polished online presence, which details their range of products, yet the site content remains static.
Other examples of static websites are Thompsons, with whom PRWD provide an an-going maintenance service for. Although the information on the website is static and can therefore only be updated via a manual process, the Thompsons Group send out newsletters detailing latest group news on a regular basis, and PRWD subsequently update their website accordingly.
To summarise when static websites are recommended for companies:
- requiring a basic web presence
- who's marketing budget for design and development allows for less initial investment, but allows for on-going maintenance costs
- whose product range very rarely changes
- who are happy for PRWD to provide an on-going maintenance service
