Usability ConsultancyTicketSense are a mobile ticketing service which allows organisers and promoters to sell tickets directly to their customers’ mobile phones through a simple self-service web platform. Customers can request, pay for and receive their tickets as a barcode directly to their mobile phone, saving them time going online.
We have started to work with the TicketSense team to develop the user experience and user interface for their web application, which is an integral part of the solution for organisers and promoters.
We carried out a usability evaluation of the JD Williams new customer checkout and registration process, which also included designing new interaction designs for each page of the checkout process.
In addition we provided in-house usability consultancy for the JD Williams design team to help them gain a greater understanding of the rationale behind the new interaction designs.

Usability EvaluationsWe were engaged by digital agency KMP to provide a usability evaluation of the Manchester Airport homepage along with a review of their existing information architecture. Manchester Airport are a long term client of Manchester Airport Group and it was a privilege to be asked to provide our expertise.
The usability evaluation provided a range of recommended improvements which led to Manchester Airport making slight changes to the page design, button labelling and display of information, with the aim of improving the usability of the website.
