We have worked with Speedo on two main projects during 2009 and 2010. The first project was providing usability consultancy and an expert evaluation for a new dedicated microsite they were developing to help launch a new product range Speedo Sculpture.

Following this initial project, we were asked to provide an expert usability evaluation of the main Speedo store, along with the design of new interaction designs for the product page, shopping basket and checkout process. This allowed Paul Rouke to not only provide recommendations to improve the customer experience of the website, but he was also able to visualise the recommendations.

Speedo are now in the process of making changes to each of the key shopping pages, particularly the checkout process, based upon the new page designs provided.

At Speedo International, I hired Paul to help us build a unique customer journey for a specialist new product launch, as well as a more general usability project.

Paul is always extremely thorough and it's clear he has an expert knowledge of usability. The work Paul has delivered is helping us to identify quick wins as well as longer term opportunities.
