We have worked with The Scout Association during their e-commerce and backend re-platforming project which started in 2009.

Paul has delivered two key services for The Scout Association, a one day training course on e-commerce usability and best practice, and an in-house workshop day to plan the new information architecture for the website as well as tackle other key challenges that the in-house team were facing.

Both sessions proved to be highly valuable to the project team and we are looking forward to seeing the final implementation of their new e-commerce solution once it goes live in 2011.

I hired Paul to give a one day course on E-commerce Best Practices as a starting point for the design of a new retail website. The course content was excellent, and the delivery showed that he "knew his stuff", and I would have no hesitation in using Paul again in the future.
