When we were approached by Hitachi Consulting it became clear that they already had a solid understanding of key principles of usability and user experience, but they were looking for tailored training which would compliment their existing skills and understanding. This resulted in what was one of our most enjoyable training sessions we have delivered, where the whole day was tailored specifically around the areas which Hitachi Consulting could gain most value from.
