Coachwise, the trading arm of Sports Coach UK which is a UK-registered charity leading the development of coaching, contacted us to deliver our usability and user experience training course in-house to their marketing and communications team.

Coachwise, whose clients include The FA, The Rugby Football Union and the England and Wales Cricket Board, are responsible for a portfolio of brand websites, both lead generation and e-commerce. They identified the area of usability as being one in which there is a significant opportunity to improve the return on investment they deliver. In addition Coachwise are currently planning to start the design and build of a new website, and they are aiming to adopt a user-centered design approach – a key area covered in the training course.

Eight members of the Coachwise marketing team attended the in-house training session, including their Head of Marketing, Marketing and Mail Order Director and their Communications Manager.
